Ugh I’m jealous
If you’re going to hit your first major league home run, you might as well made it memorable, just like Conor Gillaspie did with his inside the park home run (complete with a stumble around third) tonight.
It was fun being in the crowd when this happened. A huge cheer as he zipped past second, a groan as he fell rounding third, and then a wild frenzy as he slid into home and was called safe.
I hope MLB.com puts a clip of this online someday, because it was awesome.

idk it’s hard to dislike the man especially when he has an era like he does but really it just is in general
i guess what i’m trying to say is that he is actually my favorite pitcher in our rotation because he’s reliable and consistent and most of all…

This makes me happy. My boys deserved each and every one of those sellout crowds. They may have had terrible losses, and losses in general, but they stuck it out to the end of the season, and that’s all I could ever ask for. Thank you, Giants, for persevering through the injuries and slumps. Thank you for keeping me sane (for the most part) and strengthening my everlasting love for this wonderful franchise. Until next season <3
